Going west on HWY 210 (Foothill Fwy) towards Pasadena take exist 42
toward Grand Ave.\Glendora.
Turns left onto W. Baseline Rd. and then
turn right onto S. Grand Ave.
Take the 3rd right onto W. Alosta Ave.\Route 66. We are located on the right side before Glendora Ave.
There is plenty of free parking in front and the back on the building.

Dr. Krunal Mehta is a board certified family physician. He specializes in health and wellness services for adults of all age groups. In addition to diagnosing and treating illnesses, our staff also provide preventative care to help patients maintain a healthy lifestyle. Through various life experiences, Dr. Mehta became highly motivated to join the field of medicine. He strongly believes that building long-term relationships, and empathizing and interacting with patients are valuable aspects of family medicine.
His diverse experiences in the medical field, along with an ability to connect with patients have given him the confidence in meeting future challenges. Dr. Mehta earned his medical degree from Baroda Medical College (India) in January of 2001. He then completed his three years of family practice residency training at Flower Hospital Sylvania, Ohio. After completing his residency, Dr. Mehta then moved back to California to pursue his goal of treating patients through private practice.
Dr. Mehta has made Southern California his home since 2004, and currently resides in Walnut, California with his wife and daughter. Dr. Mehta’s outside interests include traveling, reading, and keeping up to date with new technologies and research data in the medical field.
