Going west on HWY 210 (Foothill Fwy) towards Pasadena take exist 42
toward Grand Ave.\Glendora.
Turns left onto W. Baseline Rd. and then
turn right onto S. Grand Ave.
Take the 3rd right onto W. Alosta Ave.\Route 66. We are located on the right side before Glendora Ave.
There is plenty of free parking in front and the back on the building.

Our team is dedicated to respect you as an individual, care for your health, and help you live well and feel your best. Dr. Mehta speaks fluent English, Hindi and Gujarati. Our team also speaks fluent Spanish. We welcome all of our new patients. We accept all commerical HMO, PPO, Medicare and other private insurances.
